There are 2 guys that work in this office ... the older heavier set guy I assume is the owner and he is the rudest small business owner I have come across. I took my carpet cleaner in to them to be reapired as they are the designated repair place under my warranty. The guy basically told me I bought the worst cleaner I could have how Bissell sucks and it would cost me more to repair it than to buy a new one. Bad mouthed Bissell some more and said he was even sure if he could fix it under my warranty, HOLLARED at me over the phone when I called 3 days later to check the status and try to see how much it would cost me out of pocket. He said he wasnt even going to try and fix it sine I was "harassing him" - because I called to check the status and asked normal questions? Please if you want good service look elsewhere! They will do everything they can NOT to do business with you.
