I have had my Toyota for about 8 months now, and have had 2 scheduled maintenance's. Both times I made 8 A.M. appointments on Friday mornings. Both times they started right on time. Both times I was told it would be about an hour to an hour and half. Both times they were done in about an hour. The last time I went they noticed I had a minor puncture in my back left tire. They went ahead and patched the puncture with no charge. (This is normally like a 25$ charge at a tire shop). I also bought my Toyota from this location from Tom. He was very helpful, non pressuring and answered all my questions. Was very up front when I asked certain things, and did not hesitate to give it to me straight. Did not try to give me the run around. Great place to get a car serviced or if you need a new Toyota check them out.
