I wanted to take a minute to let you know that Remy Carretero has always provided me with top notch service and care over the last couple of years. Recently I had my car in for body and suspension work. Remy understood my concerns that the insurance company could try to cut corners and he made sure that the insurance adjuster saw all of the damage done, which ended up being far more extensive than I imagined. He gave me frequent and informative updates throughout the process so I never felt in the dark. My car was delivered looking better than when I purchased it (I bought a CPO 330i) and I could not have been more pleased.
