Hello my fellow Audio & Videophiles! Listen, if you love your Televlsion and Entertainment System as much as i do...then avoid Justin Kim and his European Hi Tech Company. I was referred to them by Pioneer as a trusted and reputable authorized service center. However, my experience working with them over the past few weeks have been less than "professional". I paid them $45.00 to diagnose the plasma tv in question. Justin and his team then called a few days later and told me that it would cost a total of $550.00 to replace the broken power supply board on the tv and that they had already made the "repairs" without my authorization. I was disgusted with their shady business practices and would like to warn any other unsuspecting customer who values their own hard owned money in this tough economy.
