Horrible phone reception. When you call them, you leave a live message with someone who will take all your info then tell you someone else will call you later. Then if you don't answer the phone whenever they call (which has takes at least 4 hours up to 2 days) you start all over. If you answer, they re-ask you everything the first person asked (makes me wonder why ask the first time if it doesn't get passed along). I have had 4 appointments schedules with them, they canceled all 4 with only a one or two day notice. A machine calls you to tell you to call them to re-scedule. Guess what you get to go through because they are too lazy to have someone jjust actually call (see above situation)....\r
I have Dr Winter. he himself is good so far. But the office organizaton, etc is the worst I have ever dealt with.
