Purchased entire Wii system and games from male employee who was VERY rude and acted like I was bothering him with my questions. I am new to this game system and he talked to me like I was dumb! Tonight, I had to return the remote to a female employee, who AGAIN, acted like I was bothering her to complete the transaction. Her tone and body language was very negative and the comments she made with the demeanor that she used was very sarcastic and basically snapped at me how I was going to spend more elsewhere to get the white color I wanted. I was literally appalled BOTH times I was in this store location and will BE SURE to re-direct any of my friends from ever having to be exposed to such treatment...especially when spending the amount of money I did in that store!!!
