I am usually a very easy person to please and do not publically voice my opinion; however, the experience I had with this company makes me passionate about warning people to NOT rent from this company. While the rentals were fine their customer service and communication is HORRIBLE. I felt like a nuisance for calling, wondering about my deposit. They were extremely rude and treated me like an idiot. They rushed me off the phone and said they would call me back in a couple of hours. I really don't think it would take that long to look into this matter. Regardless, I never did receive a call back and had to eventually give them a call myself. The lady was extremely snotty and a smart a$$ acting overly nice to mock me.\r
I can also relate to how different each quote was that I received and I never received a final quote before the rentals were delivered which was almost $100 more than the original quote. When I called to see when I would be receiving my deposit back they stated that they had called me about a missing part and I never returned their call. I guess I am the dumb one because I never received such a call or message. They called the person who had reserved the rentals NOT the individual who had filled out a reservation form which included my address, telephone number, credit card number etc. They never called the person that put down the money and deposit - you would think that would be the person to call since they are the ones that are going to be concerned about receiving their deposit back. It was disconcerting to be rushed off the phone and treated like ultimate crap. I had to call back several times because I was not finished with simple questions such as ""Do you have the correct address to send the check to"" since they obviously had difficulty contacting the correct person in the first place due to the fact that she simply said bye and hung up the phone. In addition, I did not receive all of my deposit back. They charged me $20 dollars for a $1 rental that was 5 days late even though I only found out about it on Friday and returned it on Saturday. You would think they would be more understanding. When asked why I was being charged so much for a simple bungee tie down, they stated, and I quote: ""It was just stuff that was a few dollars here and there."" They couldn't give me any specific reason as to what that was exactly. I finally just told myself I can be the bigger person and take what they will give me back because customer service and satisfaction is obviously not something they are interested in valuing. Not impressed at all. If they want to keep their customers they should treat them better. Not only will I not rent or refer people their way I am going to voice to people NOT to rent from this company. Hopefully there is a chain reaction. My wedding coordinator is also heavily considering pulling them out of her client's future business. Why would she want her clients being treated like this by this shady rental company? Just go somewhere else. Period\r
