I recently switched from American Family to these guys. This is the first time i've used a broker for auto & home insurance and I have to say I was impressed with their professionalism and rates. I found them online and did a quote on their website first and then went to their office a few days later to sign the paperwork. Jen offered to e-mail me the papework but I'm old school and like to do things in person. I can't speak to claim service (never had an insurance claim) but so far so good...
