My pain was in my lower left back, hip and leg. The pain was excruciating. I was barely able to walk. I had to have help putting my shoes on and dressing. The onset of pain began on November 7th and the intensity remained for two weeks at a high level. Even with max allowance of ibuprofen I was barely able to function. I was unable to get a full night of sleep. I was unable to dress on my own and was reduced to sitting or laying down. Walking was a nightmare. I went to HealthSource on the 3rd day of pain. I was using ibuprofen and heat with no avail to the pain. The first week of adjustments and light therapy seemed to have minimal affect but yet there was steady progression and improvement.
