If you go, or have gone to south beach dental. I just wanted to share with you a crap thing they just did to me. I got a cleaning form them way back in Feb. 2009. They JUST cashed the check. Now i am all for paying my debts, what I don't appreciate is when a business fails to a) cash your check in 6months, b) cashes a stale dated check a year and half later without so much as a phone call, and c) when you do call you looking for an explanation and an apology for the dick thing they did instead stonewall you and reply that they had checked with their CPA and that what they did was entirely legal. what does it say that you had to check with your CPA about your actions? I have gotten BOFA to credit me the overcharge my account suffered, but it is something when the even the bank feels it was a dick move and refunds the overdraft.
Also for any UCSF people, they are NOT in our network, no matter what crap they try to feed you over the phone.
