If I could rate this business zero stars I would. Very poor customer service. I do not know how a place like this that treats potential customers & customers so poorly and with such a lack of respect stays afloat. I agree with the previous reviewer and had a similar experience. I would never step foot in this store again nor would I recommend anyone else to. Pottery Barn has gorgeous lamp shades & lighting & also has excellent customer service, quality & value. I can also recommend The Lighting Center on Wade Hampton Blvd in Taylors (excellent customer service, selection & prices) & Crate&Barrel.com has great lighting & shades too. When there are so many businesses out there with great product & customer service, why support a place like this where the owners have a chip on their shoulder & are only "nice" if they think you may spend a ton. No thanks! I'll spend a ton, & have, elsewhere!
