Lived here for almost 4 years and had to vacate for sudden job transfer to a different city. There was no decent closure of lease by the management though I was willing to stick to the terms in the lease. The management was totally money-minded and demanded $1800 of cheque upfront along with rent cheque of $900 though I was vacating 10 days ahead. They found a new guy to move-in within 5 days but still ripped-me-off my money and returned back just $300 plus. Lost almost $1600+ to these guys just for being a loyal customer for 4 good years. Never ever think of considering this place.
