I have always used Dick and will NEVER be back. Due to their office's negligence and lack of sending a notice, my dog was overdue for her yearly shots for 8 months, and was 2 months overdue for her heartworm medicine during the hottest summer in history. My messages were never returned when inquiring about when she was due. I would NOT recommend this clinic anymore, as it seems they are loosing their edge.
