Terrible experience as of 9/25/10. Horrible customer service. Staff unfriendly and uncaring. Once they sign you to a lease the mask comes off. If you choose to break a lease they expect you to continue to pay rent until the lease the apartment again!! STAY AWAY from the 6th street property!! It is quite noisy as the wall/floors/ceilings are VERY THIN!! There are six people staying in one unit with ONE FRONT DOOR that you must slam to lock, which means if one of your neighbors (which is usually a student) comes home three in the morn from the bar YOU WILL BE AWAKEN!! If your upstairs neighbor gets up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom you will be awaken! Parking is horrible and tight. They expect 35 to 41 resident to share a tiny cramped parking space. Dont get me started on the application process (they will take your application fee without telling you that 10 other people are trying to get the same property you are and are ahead of you in the process, they will not refund
