Several attempts to reach patient in hospital room were unsuccessful. I had to call nurse's station to have patient checked-on. Simple telephone procedures of forwarding calls to respective patients, are obiviously not a requirement to know for working as an "operator". When my daughter was admitted, she was informed that her co-pay was three times more, than what they had paid, and after they were told there was some mistake. It turned out, the hospital staff had made a "mistake". It's pretty scarey to read some of the reveiws this facility, (OakBend Memorial), is getting. I certainly hope these concerns are addressed, and better training, and patient sensitivety, is paramount with hospital administrators, or look for a very short business existance.
