Recently had my cat treated there.Doctor who admitted my cat was not the same one who treated my cat while there. I understand the doctors were busy,but very difficult to make contact with this doctor,didn't get chance to even meet this doctor,when my cat was discharged,the doctor didn't even meet with us,not even for 30 seconds,sent a tech to bring the paperwork. Not sure I would go back,think that the extra travel time to NY Animal Hospital would be the choice.As I said,I understand they are busy,but at least acknowledge that your patients family is there even if only for a few seconds,it goes a long way and leaves a lasting impression on how this place is seen in the eyes of a client.
