One can have two of three of the following; lowest price, service, or quality. Getting all three is impossible. The folks at Marco are knowledgeable about what they sell and the prices are striking range of the big box stores. They do not sell the low end of any Manufacturer's line. They responded reasonably to a service issue. The tech was qualified and the store's Management helped run interference with the manufacturer when the manufacturer was trying to act irresponsibly. If it's a low range product you want buy it at a discount store. If you are looking for high end, long service life, go to Marco.
