I have used this company on at least 3 occasions and have been very pleased. I recently opted to take part in the Gold Plan service agreement. However, now that I am faced with the decision with what to replace my 30-40 year old furnace with, I have been reading reviews online. It is puzzling since the reviews are generally rated very high (excellent), but then I see a couple with the lowest ratings and really bad comments. I sounds like their describing/rating 2 different companies.
