BUYER BEWARE! We purchased a leather sofa, loveseat, and recliner from Joe's Town less than a year ago and one of the recliners has already stopped working. When we attempted to contact Homeline Furniture we were told to deal directly with the dealer. We contacted Joe's Town 3 times over the course of a month and ne...ver could get anyone to call us back. We finally went back to the store to learn they do not offer in-home service for the 5-year warranty and were told we would need to bring the large, heavy sofa back to the store so it could be returned to the manufacturer for repair. We were told it could take weeks for it to be returned. BUYER BEWARE of Joe's Town!
