I had a good year with Trugreen the first year. Starting in2010 has been nothing but a nightmare. Sometimes I think they just drove by and dropped of an invoice without doing anything to my yard. One time the lady even wrote that it was nice to have talked to me that morning and I was not home. Then they changed there billing address did not inform use that a change was being made thus it took 8 weeks for them to receive my payments that were being made as direct payment from my bank. This went on for at least 4 months. I would receive 4 to 6 calls every week from them. I have even got calls on Sunday. I have cancelled my account and had told them not to call me. I'm still getting calls. I had my name put on there DO NOT CALL list and have received 5 calls this week. Do not use this service
