I had a terrible experience with the manager Jeff. I received a gift certificate for a remote car starter. I then find out I need to leave a car key in the vehicle in order to make the system work. The price of the car key is over $200.00. I tried to get Jeff to remove the system and refund the amount of the gift certifiate and he refused. \r
I would warn anybody who may be thinking of doing any business with this Rayco to stay away.\r
I am in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint
