Horrible customer service. I had an appointment scheduled and they claimed that I never called and then they refused to service my vehicle at that time. I called back to get in touch with Chuck and it took many phone calls back and forth with his undereducated staff. Weeks later I received a response. Shortly after the Compustar remote start/alarm installation I had wiring issues that have been estimated by a Ford dealer at $1100. The installation times take way longer then they tell you. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!!!! I am back to using my factory Ford keyless entry.
