Our party of 4 was seated for a 7:30 reservation at 8:15. There was only one server (and one bus boy) for the entire (albeit small) restaurant. No one called in sick...they just couldn't turn tables over. Our order was taken after two other (later arriving) tables... service was all around slow and the server was unapologetic. Host (the father) and the Chef (the son/owner) simply seemed overwhelmed. Their one bartendedr was overwhelmed as well. They need to study ""staffing"" more. Finally served our meal at around 9:45 and, after all the wait, it was unremarkable.
