It’s unfortunate when these rare customer issues arise, but after reading this review we thought it would be wise to make a few corrections. First off we did finish the job. We repaired their boiler. The water heater in mention was additional work, which we didn’t feel comfortable doing after the very derogatory racial slur directed at our employee. We had to choose between her and our employee. She was a valued customer for twenty years and now she’s refusing to pay her bill. We tried to collect for over a year before finally being forced into collections. We pride ourselves on customer service, just give us a call (801-486-3588) and you’ll feel the difference immediately. We even try to give estimates over the phone, so you can have an idea how much your plumbing service may cost. If we can’t we’ll gladly send out one of our many trained bidders for a FREE estimate.
