I was the preschool room mom last year and needed to buy end of year gifts for both teachers. I wanted something that the kids had a part in but also that was functional - something the teachers might actually enjoy using.
I'm also artistically challenged, but thanks to the manager, Renee, the bowls were absolutely fabulous. Renee designed a really beautiful way to incorporate the kids' handprints and names. Renee really helped me with the design (in fact, she did most of it). I was so busy at the end of the year that I didn't take a picture of the bowls, but I'm sure Renee has a picture.
The bowls turned out so well that I'm now getting every grandparent gift from Dish It Out. I also was impressed to recognize Renee from when she volunteered at Pat's Place, also doing a ceramic project.
I highly recommend Dish It Out. Thanks to Renee, it is a real asset to our neighborhood.
