My car was parked by my son at Sunchase Apts. He had an old parking decal displayed on the rear windshield and the current decal below that on the rear deck. The car was towed at night; the wrecker driver ostensibly didn't observe the current decal- understandable. When he went to retrieve the car, he pointed out the decal to an employee; the basic response: too bad, so sad, pay the $125. When I called to discuss the matter with the employee, she refused to give her name (rather unprofessional).
