We are hired by property owners to manage their properties for them. We do not own any of the properties we manage and will not always be able to get owner approval for specific requests that do not relate to safety or habitability. We certainly aren't perfect but before believing all of the negative online reviews of our company, please remember that there are 2 sides to every story. We are a fair and honest company - completely willing to resolve any and all customer concerns as best we can so give us the opportunity to do that before spitefully blasting us online. We have plenty of happy customers who can vouch for our services and we wouldn't/couldn't be in business as long as we have been if that weren't the truth. \r
