Stop me if you've heard this one before: your car is acting funny or won't start, so you need to get it into the shop and get it looked at. You call the dealer and they say they can take you in about a week. Ugh. So you run it down to the local mechanic, wondering just how much you're going to end up paying, what *else* they'll find ""wrong"" with your car, and whether the problem you brought it in for to begin with will even be fixed!
Needless to say, before finding Ken, this was my typical experience. There were even a couple occasions where the mechanic installed broken parts into my car that necessitated a return trip to fix the problem they created! ""Auto mechanic"" had literally become a four-letter word to me.
But then I (or I should say, my wife), discovered Ken Quasney's Auto Sense. They always treated her well and, shocker, fixed her vehicle without any fuss, sometimes for *less* than what they estimated. Say what?
Personally, I was skeptical. (Can you blame me?) But I let her take my vehicles in, and yep, they came back in good shape. Eventually I had to meet these guys and learned that Ken and his wife Rose have been doing this for a mighty long time - this is a true family business. (Do those even exist anymore?) And what's more, they don't just pay lip service to ""treating their customers like family,"" they mean it. I mean, Ken and Rose came to my wife's funeral to pay their respects - would your mechanic do that?
Look, nothing I say here is going to convince you that these are good folks who know what they're doing, will shoot straight with you, and won't charge you more than they have to. But if you don't give them at least a chance to impress you, you're really missing out on not only a good customer experience (which is rare enough nowadays), you're likely hurting your pocketbook. Your call, mate.
