Great people super honest! They took my 50"" plasma Philips TV for repair (the TV dint turn on) they took the TV with them and charged me the 50 dollars deposit fee that they charge for the diagnostic a day later they called my and told me that it was 25 dollars for the delivery back (they just had to reset it and make some adjustments!!! they took more than 30 minutes to put the TV in place making sure it was secure back in the wall!(my TV is at least 70 pounds!) When they deliver it, I was running late because I had to go to school to drop my little son, they were so patient and wait for me until I came back! Today my TV works perfect! So great Service!!
