I was in for my first dental visit with this dental office and boy was I impressed! The ladies in the front office made me feel comfortable from the start. They were amazing with how they found out every aspect of my dental insurance plan. They provided me with an explanation on what is covered and what is not. They also were able to guide me to a way to afford my copays for treatment if my dental insurance didnt cover it. I needed to have a root canal on a molar, and my insurance only covered 50% of it. It was an outside company who worked with this office to assure I was able to afford getting me out of pain, and not feeling like I had to extract a tooth I need for eating. I have payments set up for a year with no interest. WOW! Thats cool! Thank you for helping me take care of my infection without the stress of money. Oh ya, I was completely at ease during my root canal. Dr. Bergloff was so kind and I never felt any pain. I will be back!
