I just signed up for Training Spot's boot camp...WOW, what a workout. I have never felt like I've accomplished a great workout until I took that boot camp. It was great and the trainer was awesome, he really motivated me through the workout. I felt really great after and am going back again this week.
The trainer gave me a workout plan and diet to follow. I mentioned I wanted to tone my arms and tighten up my abs so he said we will work on a few sets focusing on those areas.
What I like about the training spot is they are very knowledgeable, the fitness studio is clean and the owners & staff are friendly & very welcoming.
