This is the 1st time I have ever used them. Ordered my carpet, was told by the sales lady that it would be here in 5 business days. The carpet is over a week late. Everytime I call to check the status of my carpet the sales lady tells me something different. I am completely unsatisfied, I will never buy anything from them again.
