I was coming up from Southern California and my 2002 MB C320 started acting up. Seemed like it wasn't getting fuel. It was Saturday of Labor Day, 2010, no one helps you on those days. I was able to get in touch with someone there who got me in contact with their owner. Though he wasn't able to get me the help I needed that day, parts and all, he gave me good advice to continue my vacation up to the Grand Tetons and said they'd try to have it fixed up by the time I came back through. All in all he was able to contact me and discuss what they found, give me a fair estimate and had me on my way when I came home. He didn't try to get me to fix things that didn't need fixing and was able to find a solution to my problem without breaking my vacation bank. I don't mind spending money when I'm getting quality and integrity. I would spend my time and money there because I felt as if I could count on them.
