Originally They missed a part of the carpet under a couch in the room they were cleaning and when I called Steve ( the owner of this Dalworth Franchise) he made an appointment to get right back out the next day to take care of it. We all make mistakes and I for one understand that. It is how a person ( the owner of the company) handles making it up to you as to how they should be judged. Steve ( the owner of the frisco Dalworth carpet cleaning company franchise ) is a professional in my book and I for one appreciate that. I will use them again. Good job Steve, Dennis \r
