Eh.
Looks really pretty, but very little space and equipment. ""Stretching Room"" is about the size of an office. There are some actual offices/desks there, but I've yet to see anyone in there.
Reps have been polite, in my experience, but there never seem to be enough of them. Really, 1 person at the desk, even during the after work rush? Come ON now!
Almost $80 is expensive for what it is. They don't provide towel service: towels are $2 every time you need one, otherwise you have to bring your own. They also don't provide any shampoo/conditioner in the showers...which have the water pressure of a quietly babbling brook. I've only seen 2 fitballs.
None of these are deal-breakers in and of themselves, but I think it's a bit ridiculous to charge that much and then have poor facilities with no extras. The shower was really what irritated me--it sucks to leave the gym with soap in your hair because there's not enough water pressure in their showers to wash, rinse and repeat. Had I known about that before I joined, I definitely would have looked elsewhere.
So overall, yes it's a gym, the equipment is decent and it's generally clean, but those things should be available at any gym, not one that charges as if it's a ""premium"" sports club.
