The apparent experience Mr. Dan had with Luz Serna equipment is not true.
We were working directly with a GC at Dan’s property. We rented some equipment to the GC. After two months Mr. Dan gets rid of the GC but desired to finish the work without the GC using Luz Serna Equipment's equipment. Mr. Dan paid and used the equipment for weeks after the GC’s contract expired. Months later, Dan comes to the office demanding a refund for the rental equipment for the weeks he used them. Mr. Dan was shown documented proof of the above contracts. He then told Jesus Serna (owner) that he will sue Mr. Serna if he did not receive a refund. And that's where Mr. Serna was taken out of context by Mr. Dan.
