Getting an appointment was incredibly simple. I called the office and Dr. Balson picked up the phone himself. I got to the office a little bit late and was worried that I would have to wait for a long time. My wait time was 15-20 minutes at the most. Throughout the whole visit, Dr. Balson was incredibly respectful and kind. He really put me at ease.\r

In trips to other doctors I often felt like the specialist was rushing just so he could get to the next patient as soon as possible. This time, however, I felt nothing of the sort. I had a rather strange case of food allergies and I brought a large collection of questions for the doctor. He took the time to answer all of them calmly and clearly. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt that he was really an expert and knew what he was talking about. \r
