If you live in the apartments further than 500 feet from I-5, you do not hear the noise. If you live in apartments on the south end, you hear noise from I-5. If you live in the Northeast end, the noise from I5 is constant, even inside the apartment. \r

The management is not careful with giving out information. If you are, or were in a sensitive position, like law enforcement, it is not recommended. \r

There are multiple speed bumps that are three inches or more high. They are destructive to front end alignments. Even 4WD trucks slow down below 5mph in crossing them. \r

In regard to crime, there have been several thefts, including vehicle break-ins about twice a year and stolen cars once a year. If you have a Honda, you should put ""The Club,"" on the steering wheel. Do not leave anything outside you cannot afford to lose, like a $500 bicycle. \r

Regarding the community within the apartments, over 20% are Hispanic. Not more than 5% are illegal aliens. There is no more than usual in terms of drugs than you typically find in apartment living. Most within the complex do not know each other and at best have a noding aquaintence. Minor oil leaks from vehicles are treated like a major issue. Parking is a constant shuffle for anyone with a second car. \r

They had to do extensive repairs due to dry rot. They started a make-over which was not finished. If there is shade on the sidewalk, there is moss/mold growing on it. Nothing is done to clear ice and snow in the winter. Toilets clogging are not so bad in the lower apartments as their are the upper ones, but they do not have near the square feet of the upper apartments.
