I purchased a used 2007 Acura RDX from this dealer about three years ago. I found them to be easy to deal with and respectable during the negotiation process, and feel I got a fair price. I didn't have a trade-in, so can't comment on that part of the experience.
The car itself has held up very well under strenuous use. I now have over 130,000 miles on it. Other than an air conditioning repair, it's never required anything other than routine service. I like everything about the car but the navigation system, which seems lacking compared to others I've seen. In fairness to Acura though, I haven't purchased the update CD. Wish they would provide it free or at a reduced price.
When I take my car in for service, I am always greeted promptly. The waiting area, complete with wireless Internet access, cold drinks and snacks is very comfortable. I only had one minor service complaint (can't remember what it was now), but know it was addressed promptly.
Overall, I like this dealership and the service they provide. Wish they could get me in a little faster for scheduled oil changes (had to wait a week and a half for an appointment), but otherwise am fully satisfied.
