I cannot say enough positive things about this hospital and staff. My pup was really sick; they took the time to explain everything to me and gave my options for care. The dr explained the plan and the nurse reviewed the cost with me. The economy has destroyed my own pocketbook and I was so stressed about money. The staff reviewed my options and helped me find a payment plan allowed me to save my pup. Dr Watson was honest with me about the goals and possible poor outcome and did everything he could to help. The drs and staff called to give me updates during the course of my pup's treatment. Every time I came in to see him, the staff were holding or caring for him just like he was their own puppy.
