First off, you'd be surprised that a place so close to highland is so quiet, but it is! And unlike most of Hollywood, you have parking- underground, gated, and safe. Little things like the office signing for your packages when your not at home and a huge elevator that greatly helps the moving in process make a big difference. Plus- the location is great! I can walk to the Hollywood Bowl (it's just across the street), the Kodak Center, Runyon Park, and my school (the Musicians Institute) and my roommate can walk to her school. (Stella Adler) And I guess if you like all that Hollywood and Highland nightlife clubbin scene, you could walk there too. Personally- I would rather just lay around our heated swimming pool/jacuzzi. But that's just me :)
