If I could give him no stars I would. I went and looked at one of his homes. He later gives me a call and tells me (after telling me that the seller wouldn't go down) that he can convince the seller to go down in price if I ditch my agent and use him. Little did he know that my mother in law is a real estate agent and I am aware that this is highly illegal. She did some research and apparently this guy is known for being a jerk.
