Went to the White House in New Harmony, IN - phenomenal food . Neat old Coopersmiths shop turned into a restaurant. Placed our order Dee had the salmon and I had the duck. Fresh home made bread with a side of a wonderful herb cream butter Entrees' come with herb mashed potatoes and a choice of veggie. Dee had the asparagus and I chose the grilled squash and zucchini and onions. We each had a glass of A-Z Pinot Noir - excellent but the Velvet Devil Merlot was outstanding. Our waitress Whitney was wonderful. Took care of us as we were the only one's in the restaurant. Dessert- Black Raspberry Creme Brulee and a slice of Black walnut raspberry cake.
All of the produce was local or raised close by- salmon was wild caught. DEFINITELY A RETURN VISIT TO BRING OTHER FRIENDS
