Poor attitude, doesn't want to honor warranty work 9/25/2010

I have taken my trolling motor here for repairs four times now and was told not to come back again. My motor has been under warranty every time I have needed something fixed and whenever I go in Rod tells me that no one ever has any problems with this particular brand & model (despite the internet being full of posts with other people that do). He will try to find a reason why you caused the problem and therefore the repair should not be covered by warranty. You have to argue with him to do the work and submit any kind of warranty information to the manufacturer. If you need a warranty repair and you go here be ready for a poor attitude and to be accused of causing the failure yourself! more
