I found Pascal! My friends and I followed Pascal from Lucier to Allium. We are SO glad we did.\r
Pascal's use of our local ingredients and the restaurant's relaxed and welcoming atmosphere make Allium a restaurant we plan on regularly visiting. On this, our first visit, we had fries served with duck fat & rosemary (Yum!), the butter lettuce salad (when was the last time you made yourself this?), the seared scallops with whipped potatoes, pancetta, oyster mushrooms, sweet corn and curry-fennel butter (I wouldn't even try...). We also had the ""painted hills"" hamburger served with tomato jam(Yes, tomato jam). This dining experience was scrumptuous and my friends and I left feeling satisfied and content. Just writing this review is making me want to go to Alliumright now.\r
