Hello I am a father who has 50/50 custody of my children. How is it that almost every time I need help in being able to see my children, or fight for the rights of my children, they some how always miss sending me my notice, therefore ruling in the favor of my EX. With crap loads of evidence and proof to show she is an unfit mother. I am told it is all not relevant... how is this not relevant.
There is child molestation while in mothers care by her uncle. There is child neglect for not seeking the proper medical attention when needed. And child endangerment serious allergies and giving them things that will cause allergic reactions.
How can this be a 50% when I take them to and from pick up and drop off take them to all their appointments, and now have to drive him to a diff school that I did not enroll him into. Oh did I mention the mother asked me to enroll him so I did. This is not a good thing what they have created.
And all this because of what I have between my legs. YES get over it FOC there are fathers who love and care for the children more than the mothers. It is time to open your eyes and see the dead beats for what they are. And SEE that we are here also. It's time for us to unite and change the way we are looked at. We are humans we demand respect also.
