We got a LOT of promises about how the Wellington would treat our parents but once my parents were moved in everything changed. They were forgotten, treated like adolescents, ignored. They offer no special foods or diets, my parents report the food is not good and has even caused diarrhea. They refuse to let my parents move in a hospital bed, a commode and other assistance. They promised changes to the apartment which they have refused to honor.
Staff changes weekly including head nurse, Director, nursing staff and dining room staff.
The place LOOKS good but is not!
