I joined Knuckle-Fitness in Feb of 2008, I was over weight and needed help badly... I called inquiring about Kickboxing, Went in that afternoon to try a Class out..\r
I have been a member ever sense. The Trainers rock, it is like one big Family..... It has Become like a Second Home. I have lost 70lbs with the guidance of Knuckle-Up, I just completed my Annual Physical, and thru Hard work and the trainers at Knuckle up. All my cholesterol levels and Blood Pressure is back to Normal....\r
Now, they have suffered just like any business in this economy... The Gym Owenership has changed hands and they had to Down Size to stay open, this was a Difficult time but they have Up Righted themselves and in my Opinion are Much Better Off than Ever.... \r
