After several negative experiences with storage companies throughout the tri-state area, I was ready to fork over the $$ for my building's inflated basement storage units. Thankfully, I found The Box Butler prior to this last resort. Not only is it a ""true"" full-service storage company, the customer service staff and ""Butlers"" that come to your place are all competent, thorough and friendly. I had clothing in random bags, as well as a few furniture pieces that had been collecting dust (I'm sentimental, guilty as charged!) Not only did TBB come to my other storage provider to pick up my items, they provided a full inventory of my stuff, wrapped my couch and dining set in mover's blankets, and re-packed my clothes into their sturdy, cool containers. I was able to take this opportunity to organize my gear, once and for all. I think it'll make accessing my stuff a lot easier moving forward. Anyway, these folks did (and continue to) do me a great service. Oh, and match their prices against other storage co's - solid deals abound - AND The Box Butler comes right to your APT!
