Even after reading numerous bad reviews of this company, I still called for an estimate because it's very close to my house. BAD IDEA. I asked for a quote on repairing a sidewalk, and right away the owner gave me attitude, accusing me of being a realtor who was just wasting his time to get a quote so a home can go to settlement (I'm not a realtor, by the way). I was shocked, and told him that wasn't the case, that I actually needed work done (true). He then said that he would drive over and give me an estimate later that day (while I was at work) and leave it in the mailbox. I checked the mailbox when I got home that night, there was nothing there. I called him the next morning and he was incredibly rude, saying ""Yeah, I've decided not to give you a quote."" When I questioned him as to why, he said ""I don't have to give you a reason, I don't have to quote anything if I don't want to"". I then brought up all the bad reviews I had seen online and told him that I should have known better and he said ""Okay, go ahead and write a bad review how I refused to provide you a quote"". So that's what I'm doing. Don't waste your time with this guy...there are plenty of good people in the world, no need to give your hard earned money to jerks.
